Don't “Contact us”
Many companies have a great product, a great website, carefully crafted words, and beautiful images.
And then they show their visitors generic contact forms, or worse, a mailto: link that opens Mail or (yikes) Outlook. And they have no automatic responder setup. You send them an email, and then you wait.
There is a break between telling customers what you do, and engaging in a dialogue with them.
Here at Amlot, we don’t think that “Contact us” is always the most effective form of engagement. It delegates the dialogue process to the user.
Wouldn’t it be nicer to engage them in a simple, clear dialogue that helps you get to know each other?
Amlot is here to help.
