With the phenomenal number of YouTube channels being created all the time, tubics wanted to quickly identify those that would profit most from its SEO improvements, and would be willing to pay for those improvements.
We designed an onboarding and welcome communication campaign to separate small hobby channels from professional and corporate accounts, so that tubics could identify and contact those users who were most lucrative and follow up with them.
Over time, tubics managed to focus more and more on corporate (i.e. financially attractive) accounts and develop their service into a strong B2B brand.
